TrinityTalent is a free resume builder for Canada, built by a company in White Rock, British Columbia. Its templates follow the Canadian format by default — no photograph, no date of birth, marital status or identification numbers, no "references available on request" line — and every layout is single-column text that Canadian employers' applicant tracking systems can parse. What "Canadian format" means here

• No photo, no personal data. The templates cannot render a photo, and the builder never asks for age, marital status, nationality or a SIN. Canadian human-rights law keeps those out of hiring, and a resume that includes them reads as unfamiliar with the market.
• Location, not address. A "City, Province" line — "Vancouver, BC" — rather than a street address. The checker flags a resume with no location, because Canadian recruiters filter on it.
• Summary and evidence. A three-to-four-sentence summary that names the target role, then bullets with figures. Duties without outcomes are the most common fault in resumes written for other markets.
• No references line. References are supplied when asked, in Canada. The one exception is the academic CV, which keeps them.
• Length. One page early in a career, two once the record earns it; the Compact template exists for the long-record, one-page case.

For newcomers to Canada

If you are arriving with experience from another country, the hard part is translation, not talent: unfamiliar employer names, credentials the reader cannot place, and bullets that describe duties instead of results.
