A cover letter that repeats the posting back to the employer says nothing. A letter written from your resume can point to the one project, number or outcome that makes you the obvious interview. The generator reads the resume you built or uploaded in the AI resume builder and the posting text you paste or link, then connects the two. It does not invent experience to fill the gaps.
The structure it follows
- Opening: the role, where you found it, and the one reason you fit — in two or three sentences.
- Middle: one or two specific results from your resume that map to what the posting asks for, with the figures your resume already carries.
- Closing: a plain request for the conversation and a thank-you. No "I would welcome the opportunity" filler.

What happens after the draft
