For organizations

An AI career coach for every person you serve.

Employment-services teams, career centres, colleges, and outplacement programs use TrinityTalent to extend their reach: every client gets a placement-first coach that works between appointments, so your staff time goes to judgment — not resume mechanics.

The gap between appointments is where momentum dies.

A counsellor sees a client for an hour, maybe twice a month. Between those hours, the client is alone with the hardest parts of a job search — knowing what to fix, tailoring each application, and rehearsing what to say. TrinityTalent fills that gap, and hands the outcomes back to you.

01

Placement-first, not "go study first"

Every gap in a client's analysis comes with a way to address it in this week's application — a resume reframe, a transferable-experience bridge, an interview story. Education is always optional and last, never a prerequisite to applying.

02

Reps between sessions

Clients rehearse answers out loud with delivery feedback and run live voice mock interviews — the practice that usually only happens if a busy counsellor has time to role-play.

03

Readiness you can report

Clients arrive with a readiness score and a record of practice done. The "N of M gaps addressable today" language maps directly to the outcomes you already report to funders.

Who it's built for.

If your mandate is getting people into work — not selling them courses — the product's placement-first design is on your side.

Employment-services nonprofits

Newcomer, youth, and women's programs funded to produce placements. Internationally trained professionals get their experience translated into applications now, with certification running in parallel — never as a gate.

Post-secondary career centres

Scale one-on-one coaching across a whole cohort. Students self-serve the mechanics; advisors spend their limited hours on the judgment calls only a human can make.

Outplacement & workforce teams

Give transitioning employees a structured, dignified path back into the market — gap analysis, tailored materials, interview rehearsal, and salary-negotiation practice.

What each client gets, day one.

This is the live product — the same tools individual job seekers use, given to your whole cohort.

Placement-first gap analysis

A target-role readiness report with a same-week move for every gap and a 90-day placement plan.

Resume & cover-letter tailoring

Per-posting, ATS-aware, grounded in the client's real experience.

Voice articulation coaching

Delivery analysis on spoken answers — pace, filler words, structure — with a clarity mode that coaches clarity, never accent.

Live voice mock interviews

A real spoken mock interview with a visible AI interviewer, plus salary-negotiation rehearsal.

Real job feeds & tracker

Actual postings, human-approved outreach, and an application tracker — nothing auto-applied on a client's behalf.

Journey Map

A progress story clients and staff can both see — readiness, practice, and pipeline over time.

Straight answers on trust.

We would rather tell you what we don't have than surprise you in procurement. Here is the honest posture.

Human-in-the-loop
Nothing is ever auto-sent or auto-applied. Every outbound action is reviewed by the client.
Privacy
PIPEDA-compatible with transparency about what we collect and why. We do not sell client data.
Certifications
No SOC 2 report today — we'll say so in any procurement conversation rather than imply otherwise.
Data residency
Available as a scoped pilot outcome if Canadian residency is required — offered honestly, not pretended.
Language
English-only today. Right for employment-readiness; not a replacement for language training.

How a pilot works.

Step 1

One cohort, free

You bring a group of clients. We onboard them and support your staff. No cost for the pilot cohort.

Step 2

Start within ~4 weeks

Pilots kick off within about a month of a yes, or they park. We respect your calendar and ours.

Step 3

Decide on the evidence

You see real readiness and engagement from your own clients before anything converts to a paid license.

Start with a free pilot. Price the programme after.

Most platforms in this space make you book a demo to learn anything at all. Here is ours in plain terms: the pilot costs nothing, and we do not quote a programme price until we understand what you have to report and how many clients you actually serve.

Pilot

Free — 90 days

Up to 50 clients, one named success metric, your staff supported by us. If the evidence isn't there, walk away — no invoice, no hard feelings.

Then

Scoped to your programme

After the pilot we quote against your caseload and your funder's reporting requirements — not a per-head meter that charges you more for serving more people. Written quote, agreed before anything converts.

Our billing pledge

No surprises, ever

No per-feature upselling of your clients, no auto-escalating tiers, cancel anytime. Whatever we agree in writing is what you pay — and the pilot ends without an invoice unless you choose to continue.

Questions organizations ask.

Is TrinityTalent a fit for employment-services nonprofits and colleges?
Yes — that is exactly who this page is for. Employment-services organizations, post-secondary career centres, newcomer and youth programs, and outplacement teams use TrinityTalent to give every client an AI career coach that works between counsellor appointments. Clients arrive at appointments with a readiness score and practice already done, so staff time goes to judgment, not resume mechanics.
What do our clients actually get?
The full candidate product: a placement-first gap analysis (every gap comes with a way to address it in this week's application, never "go take a course first"), per-posting resume tailoring, spoken articulation coaching with delivery analysis, live voice mock interviews, salary-negotiation rehearsal, and a Journey Map that tracks progress over time.
How does a pilot work?
We start with one cohort, free. You bring a group of clients; we onboard them and support your staff. Pilots begin within about four weeks of a yes or they park — no slow-yes drift. Nothing custom is built until a cohort has actually onboarded.
How is it priced for organizations?
The pilot is free — 90 days, up to 50 clients, no invoice. After that we quote against your actual caseload and your funder's reporting requirements, in writing, before anything converts. We deliberately do not publish a per-candidate rate: a per-head fee would charge you more for serving more people, which is the opposite of what you are funded to do. No per-feature upselling of your clients, no auto-escalating tiers, cancel anytime — email partners@trinitytalent.ca and we will scope it with you.
Is client data handled responsibly?
Everything is human-in-the-loop — nothing is ever auto-sent or auto-applied on a client's behalf. Data handling is PIPEDA-compatible with transparency. We are candid about what we do not yet have: there is no SOC 2 report, and Canadian data residency is available as a scoped pilot outcome rather than something we pretend is already in place. The product is English-only today — right for employment-readiness, not a substitute for language training.
